Book Week - Whole school big books AND Why we think the new building is called the 'KNOWLEDGE CENTER'

On Friday, we finally got around to getting the Book Week big books which were created by the whole primary, so we could find out how all the stories, but in particular, how the story EY2 students started have turned out. We will read them next week. Please feel free to stop by to take a peek and read the originals.

Since the Primary School Library is being moved to the new "Knowledge Center" we may be able to hold on to the books for this week. So do stop and look. 

Speaking of the KNOWLEDGE CENTER, we asked the children why they thought the new building was named the knowledge center.

Here's how they responded:

When you read books you get more information. - Antoine 

Because it's like a think stop for knowledge. And iIn the library we will have lots of new books, but we can also think about the old books. - Mathilda

Because it has so many books. - Gabe 

Because when it's finished we will have more new books. - Sam

Because we need the books 2016, 2016, 2016, to be more knowledge - Hifumi

Because there's going to be 100 books in the library. If you read all the books you will be more knowledgeable. - Ken
